1. Service scope

Portfolio Risk Platform provides educational portfolio analytics, import reconciliation, deterministic risk guardrails, and review workflows for self-directed investors. The Options module adds portfolio-aware assignment, expiration, lifecycle, quote-freshness, and structured idea-check workflows.

The service does not place orders, control a brokerage account, provide a signal feed, or act as a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, tax adviser, or legal adviser.

2. Personal account

You must be legally capable of entering a contract and use the service only for your own personal portfolio. Keep sign-in links and broker-import credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping imported data accurate.

3. Subscription, price, and renewal

• The exact recurring price, billing interval, taxes, and total due are shown before payment.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• The Options module is separately billed and requires an active Core plan.
• A new monthly Options subscription aligns its renewal date to Core; Stripe shows any prorated initial amount before payment.
• When Core ends while a dependent Options subscription is still active, the service requests cancellation of that Options subscription to stop future renewals.
• Plan changes, payment methods, cancellation, and invoices are managed through the billing portal.
• Price changes apply only after advance notice required by applicable law.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless the billing portal states otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Statutory refund and withdrawal rights are not limited by these terms. Stripe displays any resulting billing adjustment; contact support if a dependent Options cancellation needs review. 4. Data and broker connections

Broker integrations are read-only import and reconciliation tools. You authorize the service to retrieve the data you configure, but not to submit, modify, or cancel broker orders. Imported holdings, prices, classifications, and calculations can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect and must be checked against your broker records.

5. Investment-risk boundary

You remain solely responsible for investment, options, financing, tax, and rebalancing decisions. Outputs are analytical inputs, not individualized recommendations or promises of performance. Review the Risk Disclosure before using the service.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or bypass subscription/module controls;
• upload data you do not have the right to process;
• resell, scrape, or systematically reproduce the service or its market data;
• use the service to provide regulated services to another person without written authorization.

7. Availability and changes

The operator may maintain, update, or discontinue features to preserve security, legal compliance, data-provider constraints, or product quality. Material adverse changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

8. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by market moves, user decisions, broker or data-provider outages, inaccurate third-party data, or use outside the documented service scope.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for payment failure, material breach, abuse, or a security threat. You may cancel recurring billing through the billing portal. Signed-in users can submit account/data deletion requests from Account and Data or contact the support address above, subject to billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and other legal retention duties.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Lithuania. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply. Contact hello@buffered.app first so the operator can investigate and respond to a complaint.
