Sign in to submitCancel future renewals
Sign in, open Plans and Billing, and choose Manage billing & invoices. The Stripe-hosted portal shows your subscription, invoice history, payment method, and available cancellation action. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period shown in the portal.
Exercise a statutory withdrawal right
If consumer law gives you a withdrawal period for a distance service contract, you may send an unequivocal withdrawal statement within that period. In the European Union this is generally 14 days from conclusion of a service contract, subject to applicable exceptions and rules for services begun at your request.
Send the request to hello@buffered.app with your account email, purchase date, plan, and a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or broker credentials. The operator will confirm receipt and explain the applicable access and refund outcome.
Model statement
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for Portfolio Risk Platform. Account email: [email]. Contract date: [date]. Plan: [plan]. Name: [name]. Date of request: [date]."
Mandatory rights
Nothing on this page limits mandatory cancellation, conformity, refund, chargeback, or withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law. A normal subscription cancellation is not automatically treated as a statutory withdrawal request unless you clearly state that intention.
